Shown here is the first of this ring that I made. This 14k gold ring features a cornflower blue oval brilliant sapphire (~6 x 7 mm).  Surrounding the sapphire are four 1.5 mm brilliant SI1-SI2 diamonds and four 1.8 mm brilliant VS2 SI1 diamonds.
